Do This and Eliminate Your Competition
So many people think that when
they hire me they are getting a cartoonist.
This couldnt be further from the truth.
One of the things I help clients
develop concepts for a killer cartoon.
Especially, if my client doesnt know
where to start with positioning
themselves.
One of the many facets of the conceptual
stages is developing an AMAZING title.
For example, The Godfather of Cartoons,
which yours truly has become known as.
When you have a good title combined
with a good persona, the cartoon is a slam dunk.
And more importantly - it sells you without taking much
effort. When I call in for scheduled talks with clients
and prospects... I have fun with the admin support people.
When they ask who is on the phone ...
I say, "What you dont recognize the voice? This
is The Godfather of Cartoons, Vince Palko."
This 9 times out of 10 generates a laugh on the other end.
Its a good example of selling
yourself without having to do much work.
And if this works offline with people I interact
with... how do you think it does with prospects
who come to my site. Yes, the two are one in the
same.
So the key is to save your
modesty for Sunday's while you work
to craft your title and toon.
And have fun with it.
The more fun your title is - the better.
I am working on another title for my peek
performance product line and
I brainstormed The Swami of Success.
This, like the Godfather of Cartoons,
has a unique ring to it and will sure get a visceral
reaction (like a smile or laugh) from people.

let's develop a cool concept and an amazing title.
